Job summary

Jowett Motor Group is seeking a passionate MINI Brand Manager for Glenelg BMW & MINI in Adelaide. You will own the MINI brand, drive sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction, and work closely with MINI Australia to meet expectations.

The role involves collaboration with Finance and Aftermarket, plus supporting Used Vehicle Sales and lead management to grow overall dealership success. The position requires a hands-on leader with strong sales ability and a customer‑centric

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
• Solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the MINI brand with direct accountability for monthly sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MINI Australia and ensure dealership delivers on manufacturer expectations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Aftermarket teams to maximise profitability and opportunities.
• Support the Used Vehicle Sales Manager and team with inquiries, showroom walk-ins, lead management and vehicle sales.
• Lead by example and drive results while fostering a collaborative team environment.
