Job summary

Glenelg BMW is seeking a passionate and driven MINI Brand Manager to lead the MINI brand at Glenelg BMW & MINI, based in our state-of-the-art dealership. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving strong brand growth.

You will own the brand’s performance, partner with Finance and Aftermarket, work with MINI Australia, and support Used Vehicle Sales while mentoring the sales team to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand management within automotive retail is advantageous.
• Hands-on sales experience and strong leadership skills are required.
• Customer-focused approach with a track record of achieving sales targets.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to lead the MINI brand at Glenelg BMW & MINI, based in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art dealership!

We operate a 5-day week Monday to Friday.

About the Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and results-driven MINI Brand Manager to join Glenelg MINI, part of the Jowett Motor Group.

In this role, you will take ownership of the MINI brand, with direct accountability for monthly sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and overall brand growth. You will be the primary point of contact for MINI Australia, building strong relationships and ensuring the dealership consistently delivers on the manufacturer's expectations and objectives.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong sales ability, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also work closely with our Finance and Aftermarket teams to maximise opportunities and contribute to the dealership's overall profitability.

In addition to your MINI responsibilities, you will actively support the Used Vehicle Sales Manager and broader team with customer enquiries, showroom walk-ins, lead management, follow-up and vehicle sales, contributing to the overall success of the department.

We are seeking a confident, proactive and team-oriented individual who takes ownership of results, builds lasting relationships and is passionate about achieving success across both MINI and Used Vehicle Sales.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a high-performing salesperson is preferable.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving excellence
