Jowett Motor Group is seeking a passionate MINI Brand Manager for Glenelg BMW & MINI in Adelaide. You will own the MINI brand, drive sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction, and work closely with MINI Australia to meet expectations.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to lead the MINI brand at Glenelg BMW & MINI, based in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art dealership!

This role operates Monday - Saturday from 8.30am-5.30pm with a rostered day off during the week.

About the Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and results-driven MINI Brand Manager to join Glenelg MINI, part of the Jowett Motor Group.

In this role, you will take ownership of the MINI brand, with direct accountability for monthly sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and overall brand growth. You will be the primary point of contact for MINI Australia, building strong relationships and ensuring the dealership consistently delivers on the manufacturer's expectations and objectives.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong sales ability, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also work closely with our Finance and Aftermarket teams to maximise opportunities and contribute to the dealership's overall profitability.

In addition to your MINI responsibilities, you will actively support the Used Vehicle Sales Manager and broader team with customer enquiries, showroom walk‑ins, lead management, follow‑up and vehicle sales, contributing to the overall success of the department.

We are seeking a confident, proactive and team‑oriented individual who takes ownership of results, builds lasting relationships and is passionate about achieving success across both MINI and Used Vehicle Sales.

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today. JMG has continued as a family-owned and operated business with its award-winning group of BMW and Honda dealerships across Victoria, South Australia and now the Australian Capital Territory.
