Job summary

Glenelg BMW is seeking a passionate and driven MINI Brand Manager to lead the MINI brand at Glenelg BMW & MINI, based in our state-of-the-art dealership. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving strong brand growth.

You will own the brand’s performance, partner with Finance and Aftermarket, work with MINI Australia, and support Used Vehicle Sales while mentoring the sales team to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand management within automotive retail is advantageous.
• Hands-on sales experience and strong leadership skills are required.
• Customer-focused approach with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the MINI brand, with accountability for monthly sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and brand growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for MINI Australia and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance and Aftermarket teams to maximise opportunities and profitability.
• Support Used Vehicle Sales Manager and broader team with inquiries, showroom walk-ins, lead management and vehicle sales.
