Stanmore Resources Limited is seeking a Maintenance Administrator for the South Walker Creek Mine in QLD, Australia. The role is site-based, Monday to Friday within a 9-day fortnight, reporting to the CHPP Manager to provide high-level admin support and coordination across maintenance functions.

You will handle calendars, meetings, onboarding, data entry, reports and travel bookings, while helping drive safety and process improvements on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high-level admin support to CHPP and Maintenance
• Calendar management for department managers
• Coordinate department and team meetings
• Onboarding support for new employees, contractors and consultants
• Data entry into SAP, TAMS and MS Office
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Book camp rooms and travel in FlyToWork system
• Identify and support process improvements
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure safety standards and site policies are followed

Responsabilités

• Provide admin and general support to CHPP and Maintenance departments.
• Manage calendars for department managers and coordinate meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure site-wide admin support.
• Support onboarding of new staff and contractors.
• Enter data into SAP, TAMS, and MS Office; generate reports.
• Prepare reports/presentations and general correspondence.
• Arrange camp bookings and travel via FlyToWork.
• Monitor systems/processes for improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and uphold safety/site policies.
