Job summary

Stanmore Resources Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Poitrel Mine, on a 7 day rotating day/night roster. You will lead the safe execution of maintenance across a heavy mobile equipment fleet, drive continuous improvement and deliver optimal production outcomes.

Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, you will mentor frontline crews, reinforce safety standards and coordinate with planners, schedulers and contracting partners to optimise maintenance execution and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a mining maintenance supervisory role.
• Commitment to safety standards and safe operating practices.
• Experience with heavy earth-moving machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe compliance with operating standards and procedures.
• Lead frontline maintenance teams for safety, reliability and culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve people, processes and systems.
• Execute the maintenance plan and coordinate with planners.
• Liaise with contractors and support the Superintendent Maintenance.
