Stanmore Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage safe execution of maintenance across a heavy mobile fleet at Poitrel Mine on a 7 day rotating roster. Responsibilities

• Oversee safe compliance with operating standards and procedures while leading frontline maintenance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance of people, processes and systems.
• Improve fleet performance through quality maintenance practices.
• Execute the maintenance plan and ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with Maintenance planning to update the schedule as needed.
• Liaise with Planners, Schedulers and contracting partners to align scope and requirements.
• Support the Superintendent Maintenance with leadership and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
