Job summary

Stanmore Resources is seeking a Maintenance Administrator for the South Walker Creek Mine in the Bowen Basin. This site-based role runs Monday to Friday (9 day fortnight) and focuses on providing high-level admin support to the CHPP and Maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with MS Office, SAP and TAMS, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate meetings, onboarding and reporting. A strong attention to detail and safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing administrative support in a mining/industrial environment.
• Experience onboarding staff, contractors and consultants.
• Strong reporting and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and general support to the CHPP and Maintenance departments.
• Coordinate department and team meetings.
• Assist onboarding of new employees, contractors and consultants.
• Data entry into SAP, TAMS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Prepare reports, presentations and general correspondence.
• Book camp rooms and travel in FlyToWork system as required.
• Monitor and identify system/process improvements.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Comply with Stanmore/site safety standards and policies.
