Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations.
• Great interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move around the store and assist guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor and educate customers.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize, implement action plans and identify growth.
• Ensure sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
