Job summary

Stripe is hiring for a Grower Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth with mid-market customers in Sydney. You will set territory strategy, identify opportunities for existing customers to maximize Stripe usage, and execute scaled sales campaigns to increase adoption and revenue.

You’ll help build a new team touching more of Stripe’s install base and GTM motion, contributing to Stripe’s continued growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years full sales cycle experience with existing business accounts.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple technology products.
• Ability to perform quantitative analysis and independently manage pricing negotiations.
• Strong operational acumen and ability to manage and prioritize a large book of accounts.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth in your territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue per user and product adoption.
• Own the full sales cycle from business case to close, addressing customer pain points with Stripe solutions.
• Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to maximize revenue and Stripe share of wallet.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Stripe's products and customer outcomes.
