Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Microsoft Alliances Security Specialist to accelerate Microsoft Security growth across Australia. You will engage MSPs, shape go-to-market strategies, and build security practices that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.

This hybrid role blends partner engagement with technology leadership and sales execution. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, develop security offerings, and drive data-driven initiatives to unlock Microsoft investments and expand partner

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology sales, marketing, alliances, business development, or partner engagement.
Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem and with MSPs.
Willingness to achieve Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, SC-900 or AZ-900 within 90 days.
Ability to translate programs into growth opportunities for partners.

Responsibilities

Enable Microsoft-focused growth strategies for MSPs.
Support partners in developing security offerings tailored to customer needs and market opportunities.
Help partners maximize Microsoft investments via programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and go-to-market resources.
Lead scalable demand generation and partner activation initiatives across webinars, marketing campaigns, events, email, and social channels.
Translate complex Microsoft programs into actionable growth opportunities for partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and measurable business outcomes.
