Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting experience.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel Account Managers to deliver technical and commercial conversations.
• Guide partners through cloud, security, continuity, productivity, and infra opportunities.
• Deliver engaging demonstrations showing real business outcomes and value.
• Support PoC deployments and architecture discussions across environments.
• Act as a trusted SME for assigned solution portfolios.
• Create technical resources and implementation guides for partner enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and improve partner experiences.
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges to achieve successful outcomes.
