Job summary

Pax8 Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft Alliances Security Specialist to drive Microsoft Security growth across Australia. This hybrid role combines partner engagement, demand generation, and cloud security programs to help MSPs build thriving Microsoft security practices.

You'll advise MSPs on Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot and Dynamics offerings, translate programs into growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes for Pax8 and its partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology sales, marketing, alliances, or partner engagement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's partner landscape, programs, and solution areas.
• Ability to translate Microsoft programs into tangible growth opportunities.
• Willingness to achieve MS-900, SC-900 or AZ-900 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Enable Microsoft-focused growth strategies helping MSPs acquire new customers.
• Support partners in developing security offerings tailored to customer needs.
• Help partners maximize Microsoft investments using programs, incentives, and GTM resources.
• Lead demand generation and partner activation across webinars, campaigns, events, and digital channels.
• Act as a trusted advisor translating complex Microsoft programs into growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable partner experiences and business outcomes.
