Job summary

Evident Australia Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain Evident Life Science and Industrial Microscopy equipment by installation, repair and preventative maintenance at customer sites across NSW and the ANZ Region.

The role requires 2–5 years in field service or electronics/optics repair, with familiarity in SAP or Salesforce and a strong customer-facing mindset to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have tertiary electronics education and strong electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in field service or electronics/optics repair workshop is preferred.
• Background in scientific, industrial, or diagnostics markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of technical service and support for Evident equipment.
• Install, repair and perform preventative maintenance at customer sites across NSW and ANZ region.
• Manage service SLAs, on-site response times and resolution with KPI targets.
