• Proven field service or technical service experience.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Electrical repair knowledge; electronics background is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications (or holds them).

• WHS commitment and safety focus.
• Physically capable of installing and servicing instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas if required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service, validate and repair Biomonitoring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and repair product failures; manage parts.
• Train customer staff and act as project lead from service perspective.
• Maintain ServiceMax CRM accuracy and report to management.
• Manage service stock and support business development.
