Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is hiring a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory across Gladstone and surrounds. You will maintain store relationships, build displays, and support new product launches with accurate planograms and timely photo evidence.

The role offers a flexible hours pattern (average 12) with 2–20 hours weekly, requiring a current Australian driver’s license and ability to travel locally. Performance-based rewards await.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarkets, retail, pharmacy or liquor is highly desirable.
• Current Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong, friendly communication and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive duties required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in-store.
• Negotiate promotional space with retailers.
• Execute planograms accurately.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending and lifting.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: Gladstone and surrounds

Hours: Average of 12hoursper week, up to 20 hours based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMondayis highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities
