Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser for Townsville and surrounding areas. This casual role offers an average of 10–20 hours per week with no guaranteed minimum hours, and an immediate start.

A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle are essential to cover an allocated territory and build strong relationships with store personnel. Responsibilities include replenishment, ticketing, display builds, compliance audits, and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarkets, retail, pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements (standing, walking, bending, lifting).

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Key Responsibilities
