Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is recruiting a Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory, fostering strong relationships with retailers and delivering precise in-store tasks—from replenishment and ticketing to display builds and compliance.

This ongoing casual role in Rockhampton requires a current Australian driver’s licence, a vehicle, and the ability to work autonomously. Flexible hours and local opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Perform physical requirements: standing, walking, bending and lifting.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

• Territory: Rockhampton and surrounds
• Hours: Average of 15-30 hours per week, average of 20 hours. Hours are based on business needs & open role (no guaranteedminimumhrs)
• Availability: Mondayto Fridayavailability is essential;
• Essential: Drivers licence and car

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store

• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
