Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory across TEMORA and surrounds, focusing on replenishment, display builds, compliance audits and new product launches.

In this casual role you will drive relationships with store personnel, execute planograms, take daily photos, and negotiate promotional space while meeting physical requirements of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail environments is desirable.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail.
• Strong and friendly communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel.
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store.
• Negotiating promotional space.
• Executing planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you'llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: TEMORA and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited toCootamundra, Temora and Young)

Hours: Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Fridayavailability is essential

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
