Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory and foster relationships with key retailers. You will ensure operational excellence through replenishment, ticketing and display builds, including new product launches.

The role covers Atherton - Cairns and surrounds with an average 3–10 hours per week. Availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays is essential, and a current driver’s license with a vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor environments is valuable.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store personnel and retailers.
• Create and maintain high-quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Complete planograms and ensure timely photo submissions via mobile devices.
• Represent Brand Influence Group professionally to clients and colleagues.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.

About the Role

Hours: Average of 3-10hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Wednesday and Thursdayavailability is essential; flexibility forMonday, Tuesday and Friday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidate will need
