Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated Joondalup territory, building strong retailer relationships and ensuring accurate replenishment, ticketing, and display builds across stores.

The role is ongoing casual with hours ranging 0–16 per week (avg 10), based on business needs. Applicants should have a driver’s license, a vehicle, and be comfortable with daily photo submissions and planogram execution.

• Strong communication with store personnel and good organisational skills.
• Attention to detail in replenishment, ticketing and display tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow planograms.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms as instructed.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally.
• Perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: Joondalup and Surrounds, includes Ocean Reef and Currumbine

Hours: Hours range from 0-16 hours per week, average 10 hours per week, hours arebasedon business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Fridayavailability is essential; Wednesday-Friday essential days

Essential: Driver license and car
