Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory in Seymour, delivering in-store displays, replenishment, and planograms. You will build relationships with store personnel, negotiate promotional space, and ensure on-brand displays are implemented accurately.

The role requires a current driver’s licence, a car, and the ability to work an average of 15 hours per week with essential Wed-Fri availability.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality displays in store.

As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

• Territory: SEYMOURand surrounds
• Hours: Average of 15hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)
• Availability: Wednesdayto Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMonday and Tuesday is highly regarded.
• Essential: Driver license and car
