Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Echuca, coordinating replenishment, ticketing and display builds. You will foster strong relationships with retailers and ensure accurate execution of planograms and prompts.

The role is casual, averaging around 15 hours per week with no guaranteed minimum. Availability Wed–Fri is essential, with flexibility for Mon/Tue highly regarded. A valid driver’s license and car are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Drive relationships with store personnel.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks with photos daily via phone.
• Represent BIG professionally in all interactions.
• Perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting.

In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Hours: Average of 15hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Wednesdayto Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMonday and Tuesday is highly regarded.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
