Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage a designated territory, building strong relationships with retailers and delivering precise in-store tasks—from replenishment and ticketing to display builds and compliance checks.

You will cover Cameron Park and surrounds, with an average of 10 hours per week, mostly Tuesday to Friday, requiring a valid Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Driver license and access to a vehicle.
• Supermarket/retail experience desirable.
• Able to work autonomously and follow planograms.
• Willingness to work Tuesdays to Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks & photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements of the role.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
