Job summary

Sourcey.M is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own client relationships and manage creative projects from brief through delivery. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating across our team and suppliers to bring each project to life.

You will nurture client partnerships, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a personalised, collaborative service that differentiates Sourcey.M.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services or project coordination within promotional merchandise or related industries.
• Customer-first approach with strong ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Confident managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines from start to finish.
• Understanding of sales and marketing with interest in creative products and branded merch.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for your clients and manage your accounts from initial brief to delivery.
• Coordinate projects, presentations, sourcing, quoting, production and delivery with internal teams and suppliers.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure projects run smoothly with deadlines met and high-quality service.
