Zusammenfassung

Miei is seeking a highly organised, polished and client-focused Customer Account Manager to manage, nurture and grow our existing portfolio of approximately 50 corporate accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience, building strong relationships and coordinating projects from initial brief through to creative proposal, approval, execution and follow-up.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in account management, client services, corporate sales support, events, gifting or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including polished briefs and proposals.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities for multi-account projects.
• Proactive, intuitive approach—anticipating client needs and providing recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Manage approximately 50 existing corporate accounts and grow the portfolio.
• Act as primary client contact, delivering responsive, professional service.
• Schedule meetings, gather briefs, establish budgets and timelines.
• Develop tailored creative proposals with the creative team for approvals and delivery.
• Oversee corporate activations, events, gifting, florals and brand experiences.
• Identify new opportunities, manage a strong pipeline and seek referrals.
• Coordinate installations and on-site activations with internal teams.
• Raise accurate orders, monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
