Job summary

Sourcey.M is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own client relationships and manage creative projects from brief through delivery. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating across our team and suppliers to bring each project to life.

You will nurture client partnerships, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a personalised, collaborative service that differentiates Sourcey.M.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services or project coordination within promotional merchandise or related industries.
• Customer-first approach with strong ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Confident managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines from start to finish.
• Understanding of sales and marketing with interest in creative products and branded merch.

Responsibilities

The Company

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who loves building strong client relationships, managing creative projects and making things happen. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, managing your own accounts and coordinating projects from initial brief through to delivery.

From creative presentations and product sourcing to quoting, production and delivery, you'll be involved in every stage, working closely with our team and suppliers to bring each project to life. You'll take ownership of your client accounts, build lasting relationships and ensure every project runs smoothly, deadlines are met and clients receive the personalised, collaborative service that makes Sourcey.M stand out.

It's a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work with some great brands on interesting and creative projects.

About You

You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys working with clients, coordinating projects and getting things done. You're organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while keeping clients informed and the details on track.

• Experience in account management, client services or project coordination, ideally within promotional merchandise, marketing, print or a related industry
• A customer-first approach and a natural ability to build strong, lasting client relationships
• Confident managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines from start to finish
• A good understanding of sales and marketing, with an interest in creative products and branded merchandise
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership, while also being a collaborative team member
• Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities and different client needs
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused, with a willingness to get things done
• A clear and confident communicator who builds positive relationships with clients, suppliers and the wider team
