Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Program Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across the Enhanced Services portfolio, including UAMHS, YESS and BMMHC. The role supports busy mental health services across Chatswood, Penrith, Oatlands and Blacktown, with standard hours 9am–5pm and no travel between sites during the day.

You will handle meetings, correspondence, invoicing and customer service while coordinating across multiple locations to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in administration or medical reception.
• Experience working in mental health service.
• Experience processing invoices and general finance administration.
• Advanced capability in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and team support, including minutes and correspondence.
• Manage stationery, office supplies, purchase orders and general finance administration.
• Support triage bookings and provide face-to-face, online and telephone customer service.
• Monitor shared inboxes and assist the online triage team with inquiries.
• Support general office housekeeping and upkeep of building facilities.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
