Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Program Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to clinical and operational management across the Enhanced Services portfolio. You’ll work across UAMHS, YESS and BMMHC, supporting busy mental health services and helping teams run smoothly across multiple locations.

Based at Chatswood, Penrith, Oatlands or Blacktown, you will handle bookings, finance admin and customer service while maintaining smooth operations within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ experience in administration / medical reception.
• Experience working in mental health service.
• Experience processing invoices and general finance.
• Advanced to above-average capability in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT applications.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and team support, including preparing meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Manage stationery, office supplies, purchase orders and general finance administration.
• Support triage bookings and provide face-to-face, online and telephone customer service.
• Monitor shared inboxes and assist the online triage team with enquiries and administration.
• Support general office housekeeping and the upkeep of building facilities, including notices and signage.
• High-level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and use initiative in a busy environment.
