Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Program Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to clinical and operational teams across the Enhanced Services portfolio. You’ll assist UAMHS, YESS and BMMHC services and help sites run smoothly in Chatswood, Penrith, Oatlands and Blacktown.

This permanent full-time role offers a weekday schedule, pay rate of $37.12 per hour plus super and salary packaging benefits, with opportunities to contribute to a values‑driven, community-focused

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years’ experience in administration / medical reception.
• Experience working in mental health service.
• Invoicing and general finance processing experience.
• Advanced capability in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT applications.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and team support, including meeting minutes.
• Manage stationery, office supplies, purchase orders and finance administration.
• Support triage bookings and face-to-face, online and telephone customer service.
• Monitor shared inboxes and assist online triage with inquiries.
• Support office housekeeping and upkeep of facilities.
