Job summary

RT Health is recruiting a Membership Consultant in Sydney CBD for a full-time, permanent role with hybrid work options. You will process membership details, payments, suspensions and cancellations, while maintaining data integrity and delivering excellent member service over the phone.

In-office presence is required a minimum of two days per week. Key responsibilities include handling policy updates, payments, disputes, and working with internal teams to achieve operational goals and compliant

Responsibilities

• Process membership changes and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
• Manage personal detail changes, payment updates, suspensions, refunds, cancellations and clearance certificates
• Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies and enquiries
• Support payment processing and reconciliation activities
• Assist with system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals and member outcomes
• Ensure compliance with RT Health policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
