Teachers Health Group is seeking a Service Excellence Specialist for its Membership Services team in Sydney. The role focuses on coaching frontline staff, developing learning plans, and improving service outcomes for members.

You will deliver targeted training, support new starters during induction, and collaborate with leaders to close performance gaps. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options and attractive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong coaching and feedback delivery skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience in customer service or contact centre environment.
• Ability to design and deliver training materials and assessments.
• Experience coaching or mentoring new starters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver side-by-side and group coaching sessions to Membership Services staff.
• Provide targeted feedback and development plans to team members.
• Apply diverse learning techniques to suit different styles.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Create engaging learning materials such as quizzes and assessments.
• Support induction for new starters and help apply training on the job.
• Promote a positive learning culture that builds confidence and resilience.
• Utilise performance data to recommend ongoing coaching initiatives.
