Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a confident Member Support Consultant to drive new memberships at our Mount Lawley club. You’ll engage with people daily, present gym options, and guide potential members through the sign-up process while keeping existing members engaged.

In this fast-paced, people-first role you’ll use promotions and referrals to hit targets, welcome members, and create a positive, supportive club environment. A base salary with uncapped commissions applies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people to support goals.
• Strong problem-solving and obstacle-overcoming capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalized interactions.
• Contribute to member enquiries and retention programs.
• Assist with opening/closing the club as rostered.
• Regular service calls to engage new and existing members.
