Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Support Consultant in Cannington, WA. You will be at the heart of the club, welcoming members, driving new memberships, and helping people start their fitness journey with energy and passion.

Your role combines sales with exceptional member service in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Key responsibilities include promoting promotions, generating leads, presenting to prospects, and supporting retention programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling memberships or services to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate and convert sales leads through outreach and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales by leveraging promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions and service.
• Support member retention programs and regular service calls.
