Job summary

P3 Recovery Springwood is seeking a driven Front of House & Membership Sales Consultant to be the face of the centre. You’ll generate new memberships through tours, trials and proactive outreach in the local community.

The role involves converting leads, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent member experiences. A sales-first mindset and CRM familiarity are essential, with Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license required.

• Self-driven with ability to hit targets without constant oversight and strong time management.

P3 Recovery Springwood is looking for a driven, sales-first Front of House & Membership Sales Consultant. You’ll be the face of our centre and the person who brings new members through the door, both inside the centre and out in the community.

About Us

At P3 Recovery we empower people through a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing. We offer evidence-based therapies including Ice Baths, Saunas, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Compression Therapy, in a welcoming, community-based environment.

We’ve been open for 2 years and the centre is currently running at about a third of capacity. We’re looking for someone who can fill it.

The Role

• Getting out of the centre: Building relationships with local businesses, sporting clubs, gyms, schools, corporate teams and community groups. You’ll introduce P3 Recovery, run tours and trial sessions, and turn conversations into members.
• Converting leads: Following up every enquiry and trial, running tours, and closing memberships.
• Front of house: Welcoming members, handling bookings and the front desk, and keeping the centre running smoothly.
• Retention and community: Looking after members so they stay and bring their mates.

You’ll set your own plan with our support and be measured on new members and lead flow.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven sales track record in memberships, fitness, wellness, hospitality or similar (B2B or community sales is a big plus)
• Confidence walking into a business or club cold and starting a conversation
• Self-driven. You hit your targets without being chased and manage your own time well
• Strong communication and follow-up, with CRM or lead-tracking experience a bonus
• Recovery modality experience is a bonus, however curiosity and willingness to learn matter more
• Full Australian work rights and a current driver’s licence
