Job summary

P3 Recovery Springwood is seeking a driven Front of House & Membership Sales Consultant to be the face of the centre. You’ll generate new memberships through tours, trials and proactive outreach in the local community.

The role involves converting leads, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent member experiences. A sales-first mindset and CRM familiarity are essential, with Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in memberships, fitness, wellness, hospitality or similar.
• Confident approaching businesses or clubs and starting conversations.
• Self-driven with ability to hit targets without constant oversight and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses, clubs, gyms and community groups.
• Convert leads, conduct tours/trials and close memberships.
• Front of house duties: welcome, bookings, centre operations.
• Retain members and drive referrals to grow the member base.
