Qualifications

• Experience in administration, membership support or customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems or membership platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process membership applications, renewals and updates accurately.
• Maintain CRM and membership databases, ensuring information is current and accurate.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and email.
• Support member onboarding and renewal processes.
• Generate reports and maintain records across multiple systems.
• Assist with membership programs, accreditation activities and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and efficiencies.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely member support.
