Job summary

Fitness First is seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to drive membership growth and engage with the local community. You will welcome prospective members, present club benefits, and guide them toward their fitness goals while delivering outstanding service to current members.

You will work in a high-energy team, promote referrals, and contribute to achieving sales targets with enthusiasm and a people-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify member needs and provide solutions.
• Strong goal orientation and drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contact numbers via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and boost results.
