Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking energetic Sales Consultants (MSCs) to drive new memberships at our Brisbane clubs. You’ll meet new people, inspire them to start their fitness journey, and help them commit to a healthier lifestyle.

This full‑time role (38 hours/week) offers uncapped commissions, a supportive team, and opportunities to progress within Fitness and Lifestyle Group across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive membership sales and hit targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent communication, listening and presenting abilities.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales through promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Reach required lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and club tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalized interactions.
• Handle enquiries to successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Make regular service calls to existing members to boost results.
