Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant/MSCs) to drive new memberships and welcome members into the Goodlife community. You'll engage with potential members, present club offerings, and guide them toward healthy lifestyle changes with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Actively participate in member retention programs to inspire ongoing fitness journeys.
• Conduct regular service calls to keep new and existing members engaged and boost results.
