Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs,Australia, is seeking a passionate Membership Manager to lead a busy MSC team and drive membership growth while delivering exceptional member experiences. You will coach, mentor, and empower your team to hit KPIs, manage the full member journey, and foster a customer-centric culture across the club.

You will also contribute to sales training, retention strategies, and roster planning, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and club-wide benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI targets.
• Understanding of the cycle of selling and up-/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey to achieve retention metrics.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team ensuring the club reaches monthly sales targets.
• Achieve own individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success.
• Create a structure to ensure MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
• Ensure enquiries via phone, email or in person are responded to within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Support Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster.
