Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking Sales Consultants who energise the club and drive memberships. You will greet prospective members, present tours, and convert leads to signups, while supporting ongoing member journeys and retention.

As a MSC, you’ll join a high-energy team that values customer outcomes and personal growth, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a complimentary Goodlife membership.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates required.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people and help them achieve goals.
• Strong problem solving and obstacle overcoming skills.
• Outstanding communication: listening, understanding, and influence.
• Tenacious with drive to meet individual and team targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through outreach and referrals.
• Make the required number of lead contacts by phone to maximise sales.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create welcoming, personalised member journeys and keep them engaged.
• Assist with inquiries and support member retention programs.
• Open and close the club as rostered.
