Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a dynamic MSC team and drive membership growth across the club. You will own the member journey from join to leaver, coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and hit monthly targets.

Lead sales initiatives, mentor the team, and ensure rapid responses to inquiries. A career in this fast-paced fitness group offers progression to club management within Australia’s premier fitness network.

Qualifications

Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of hitting KPIs.
Experience managing the customer journey to improve retention.
Ability to coach, mentor and motivate a high-energy MSC team.
Experience with sales training delivery and roster management.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
Achieve personal monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success.
Develop structures so the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
Assist with delivering sales training to develop the MSC team.
Hit member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
Ensure inquiries via phone, email, or in person are answered within 24 hours.
Support the Club and Regional Manager in initiatives to drive growth.
Support the Club Manager in rostering the MSC fortnightly.
