Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering unforgettable member experiences across our clubs. You will own the member journey, coach and mentor the team, and ensure sales targets are met with a focus on service quality.

We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions, plus a free all club access membership. Join Australia's premier network with 97 clubs and a broad regional footprint across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and upselling/cross-selling.
• Experience managing the customer journey and retention metrics.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Ability to motivate others toward a goal.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MSC team workflow to meet monthly sales targets.
• Achieve own monthly and annual targets to contribute to team success.
• Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance.
• Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in growth initiatives.
• Help develop MSC roster.
