Job summary

300 Goodlife Operations Pty Ltd in Australia seeks a dynamic Membership Manager to lead a busy MSC team at a flagship club. You’ll drive membership growth, coach staff, and ensure exceptional front desk service while maintaining a strong focus on KPIs and retention.

You’ll oversee daily workflows, deliver sales training, plan rosters, and partner with regional leadership to create initiatives that boost new joiners and member loyalty across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI targets.
• Understanding of sales cycle and up-/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey to drive retention.
• Experience mentoring and leading a team.
• Ability to motivate others toward goals.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow of the MSC team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create structures to ensure daily minimum performance.
• Assist with sales training for the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support Club/Regional Manager to grow membership.
• Assist with MSC roster planning bi-weekly.
