Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a dynamic MSC team and drive membership growth while ensuring top-tier member experiences.

You’ll coach and empower your team, hit aggressive sales KPIs, and shape a customer-centric culture that keeps members engaged and returning for more. This role offers uncapped commissions and a path to broader leadership within FLG.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI achievement.
• Understanding of the sales cycle including up-selling and cross-selling.
• Experience managing the customer journey and retention metrics.
• Experience mentoring a team and coaching others.
• Ability to motivate others toward goals.
• Proven experience with business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the team.
• Create structure to ensure the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Ensure enquiries via phone, email or in person are answered within 24 hours.
• Support the Club and Regional Manager to drive membership growth initiatives.
• Assist with rostering the MSC fortnightly.
