Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia seeks a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering unforgettable member experiences. You own the full member journey from joiners to leavers, ensuring front desk operations and service standards are exceptional.

As a coach and mentor, you empower your team with skills and clarity to smash goals, using sharp sales sense and people-first leadership to inspire prospects and retain members.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI targets.
• Understanding of sales cycles and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience mentoring a team and developing staff skills.
• Ability to motivate others toward goals and manage performance.
• Experience with business computer systems and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve your own proportionate monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create a structure to ensure the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
• Ensure inquiries via phone, email or in person are answered within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Support Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster.
