Goodlife Health Clubs in Queensland seeks a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team and drive membership growth. You’ll own the member journey from join to renewal, uphold service standards at the front desk, and coach the team to smash KPIs with expert sales techniques.

This role blends coaching, mentoring and commercial insight to create a culture that motivates prospects to join and members to stay committed.

Formación

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI achievement.
• Understanding of the selling cycle and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey and retention metrics.
• Experience mentoring and managing a team.
• Ability to set and motivate others toward goals.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily workflow of the MSC team to reach monthly sales targets.
• Hit your own monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the team.
• Create a structure to ensure MSC minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Ensure enquiries via phone, email or in person are answered within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in developing membership growth initiatives.
• Support Club Manager in rostering the MSC team on a fortnightly cycle.
