Job summary

RAC in Bunbury is seeking a dedicated Member Solutions Consultant to be the first contact for members, delivering confident, personalised service across face-to-face and phone channels. You will complete extensive training, grow product knowledge, and work within a collaborative team to meet KPIs while ensuring compliant, high-quality interactions.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8.45am-5.15pm, with a base salary plus super and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, individually or in a team.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to build rapport with members.

Responsibilities

• Grow knowledge of RAC products through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.
• Be the first point of contact face to face and over the telephone for members.
• Navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high‑quality conversations with members.
• Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
