Job summary

RAC Joondalup is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant to join our Contact Centre on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering supportive, high-quality conversations and ensuring their needs are understood.

The role includes comprehensive training, ongoing development, and the chance to grow within the organisation. It offers a base salary of AUD 69,706.80 plus super, bonuses and shift loading, with shifts across early mornings, days, nights,

Join our Joondalup Contact Centre in November as a Member Solutions Consultant and be among the first point of contact for more than 1.3 million members.About the roleGrow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high-quality conversations with members.Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standardsThis is a fulltime permanent position working 8 hours in length between Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm.About youWe’re looking for adaptable customer service professionals who bring:Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with membersExperience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a teamClear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapportEmpathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situationsAvailable to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicableFull Australian working rightsBetter journeys begin at RACA career at RAC is more than just a job.
